Operating Principle:
The type of roller press machine have two larger rollers ina fixed position in the frame and the other two smaller rollers aremoveable. Four Roller Double Pressing roller press machine cansupply higher pressure and higher density during production ofbriquettes, so the briquettes are stronger and in higher density,also the surface is smoother.
Suitable materials for briquetting:
1. Color and black metallic mine powder
2. Coal powder, Coke powder, Lignite, etc,
3. Charcoal powder, fireproof materials, Desulfurization gypsum,Dolomite, etc.
4. Materials size required: under 3mm
5. Moisture content: 8%-10%
